Submission Guidelines / Painting:

We publish and represent painters for both original and limited edition works.  Typically, we look for the following attributes in new artists:

1. technical skill;
2. originality and creativity;
3. not previously published (either in limited or open editions);
4. currently painting either full-time or as a serious endeavor;
5. a passion for and commitment to their art.

Please note the following instructions for submitting your art for consideration:

*Include a brief cover letter and biography and copies of any press clippings.

*If you'd like your materials returned, include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your submission.

*Send the best possible representation of your paintings - photos are preferred to color photocopies or computer prints.  We advise against sending your only copies.  All materials will be treated with appropriate care and confidentiality.

*Send a broad selection of your work, especially if you work in multiple medias or styles.
